Health data including sleep, heart rate, and HRV stays on your device. We never upload health data to our servers. Analytics events contain no personally identifiable information or health metrics.

The caffeine calculator is a free browser tool that calculates your personalized caffeine cutoff time based on your shift end time and caffeine sensitivity. It uses caffeine half-life science to determine when to stop drinking coffee so it does not interfere with your sleep.
